FAQ

A few useful answers.

Why does it need location?

Location is optional and approximate only. It helps choose your city from a list built into the app. You can type a city instead.

Does it drain my battery?

Weather refreshes about every 2 hours. Location is only checked when you use the widget or app.

Why is weather available in the United States only?

Weather comes from the United States National Weather Service.

How do skins work?

The app comes with free skins. More skins come in one-time skin packs, and each pack includes that skin's matching living decoration and weather icon set (these aren't sold separately). There is also an "All current skins" bundle: every skin released on or before the day you buy it. You can preview skins in the app before buying. Purchases are yours to keep and restore automatically on the same Google account, or tap Settings → Restore purchases.

What about refunds?

Refunds are handled by Google Play.
